Performance promise

If our AI doesn't beat your cost-per-acquisition by at least 10% in your first 30 days on a paid plan, your next month is free. (Terms §2a)

The promise (Terms §2a)

In short: over your first 30 days on a paid plan we compare your AdCrew-managed CPA with your baseline. The volume condition is at least 10 attributed conversions in the measurement period (established advertisers: also at least 10 in the baseline period). Decisions you make in AdCrew's approval queue (approving or rejecting a proposed action) do not void the promise. This summary is a guide only — the claims excerpt below and the full Terms §2a text that follows it are the controlling wording.

How claims work

"How the credit works. At the end of the 30-day period we measure automatically from your connected platforms' reported data. Where the promise was not beaten and every qualifying condition passes, the free month is applied automatically as a Stripe credit equal to one month at your plan rate (annual plans: one-twelfth of the annual plan price), applied to your next invoice; the credit covers the plan subscription only — the 5% ad-spend fee and any add-ons in the credited month are still billed as usual. If automatic issue fails, the claim is held for manual review and you are told — the credit is preserved in that hold and the 14-day filing deadline below does not extinguish a credit already determined to be owed. You may also file a claim yourself using the claim form on your performance page or by contacting hello@getadcrew.com within 14 days after the 30-day period; the 14-day deadline governs filing, not the decision. Figures are those measured for the period; once a period's outcome is decided, later revisions to platform-reported figures do not reopen it. Our determination from the audit log is final, absent manifest error. If you disagree, you may appeal within 14 days after we notify you of the determination, with supporting evidence, and we will re-review in good faith."

If our AI does not beat your cost-per-acquisition by at least 10% within your first 30 days on a paid plan, your next month is free. How we measure it:

  • What "CPA" means. Advertising CPA only: ad spend divided by attributed conversions, exactly as reported by your connected ad platforms. It does not include your AdCrew subscription or the 5% ad-spend fee, which are billed separately. The promise measures how efficiently your ad dollars work — not your total cost of marketing. When you connect an ad account, we read its advertising history (up to 90 days) to build your optimization plan. Only the trailing 30 days before your paid plan starts count as your baseline; older history informs the plan, never the verdict.
  • Baseline. On day one, we record your trailing-30-day CPA pulled directly from your connected ad accounts — not self-reported. We show it on your performance page; you confirm the conversion event it measures (purchase, lead, signup, etc.). That conversion definition is locked for the 30-day period. We record a promise-eligible baseline only when your connected accounts show at least 10 attributed conversions in the baseline window. With fewer than 10, the new-advertiser rule below applies instead: we agree a target CPA with you on day one, and the same 10% rule and conditions run against that target.
  • Beating it. "Beat" means your AdCrew-managed CPA is at least 10% lower than baseline. Both figures come from your connected ad platforms' reported data. The qualifying conditions are verified from our tamper-evident audit log, which you can inspect at any time.
  • Qualifying conditions. At least $1,000 in ad spend through AdCrew during the 30 days; campaigns kept active (no pauses longer than 7 cumulative days); for an established advertiser, spend within 0.5× to 2.0× your baseline-period spend (this band does not apply on the new-advertiser or agreed-target path, which has no baseline spend). There must be enough conversion volume for the comparison to be meaningful: for an established advertiser, at least 10 attributed conversions in the baseline period and at least 10 attributed conversions in the 30-day measurement period; for the new-advertiser or agreed-target path, at least 10 attributed conversions in the measurement period. A smaller volume does not satisfy the promise's volume condition.
  • New advertisers. If you have no baseline CPA — or your connected accounts show fewer than 10 attributed conversions in the baseline window — the promise becomes: hit the target CPA we agree on day one, or your next month is free. Same 10% rule, same conditions. If no target CPA is agreed on day one, or if you do not confirm the conversion event your baseline measures, the baseline is recorded as pending and the promise cannot be evaluated — and no credit is owed — until a target or confirmed event is set; setting it later does not restart the 30-day period unless we agree in writing.
  • Voids. The promise does not apply if you change the conversion event mid-period, or if delivery is interrupted by suspension, policy bans, or outages not caused by AdCrew. You or your users manually pause or delete a campaign in your ad account during the measurement window — any manual pause or deletion voids the promise, regardless of the campaign’s performance or how long the pause lasts. Decisions you make in AdCrew’s approval queue (approving or rejecting a proposed action) do not void the promise. An interruption is ‘caused by AdCrew’ when the audit record or our post-incident review attributes it to our systems, agents, configuration, or failure to follow the approved plan; the label does not require a finding of gross negligence or willful misconduct. In short: a pause or deletion you make yourselves voids the promise outright; pauses that are not yours count only against the 7-cumulative-day activity condition in the qualifying conditions above.

An honest note on small budgets. Our fees are fixed while your ad spend varies, so at modest spend levels — roughly under $2,000/month in ad spend — managing your ads yourself is often cheaper all-in than any managed service, ours included. The promise above measures advertising efficiency, not your total marketing cost. If that's where you are, start with the free read-only audit and the 30-day trial and judge the numbers yourself.

How the credit works. If you disagree, you may appeal within 14 days after we notify you of the determination, with supporting evidence, and we will re-review in good faith.
